As we prepare for fall 2025 it's vitally important accurate addresses are on file with the district for all students. This is especially true this summer as the district prepares to offer bus service to most elementary students for the first time. Unfortunately, much of the mail being sent by the district is being returned due to inaccurate address information, and we need your help to change that. Visit the link to the Central Registration form below, or reach out to Central Registration by phone at 845-437-3480 or email at Centreg@poughkeepsieschools.org, to be sure your address is accurate.

Together, We are Champions for Children in Poughkeepsie City Schools
The Poughkeepsie Children's Cabinet (PCC) is a collective impact organization that was formed in February 2020 to develop a citywide cradle-to-career agenda for children, youth and families in the City of Poughkeepsie. Its leadership team is composed of roughly 30 members of the community, elected officials, representatives of local colleges and members of the school district.
The cabinet is guided by its North Star mission to ensure that by 2033 more than 5,000 City of Poughkeepsie young people and their families will be connected to transformative opportunities that place them on pathways to postsecondary completion and socioeconomic mobility.
Visit the Children’s Cabinet’s website to learn more about the organization, how it partners with the Poughkeepsie City School District and see its community dashboard, which tracks education and household outcomes across the cradle-to-career continuum in order to measure progress.
