Registration for the Poughkeepsie City School District’s summer program for grades K-5 is open now.
Visit this link to register for the free half-day program, which begins July 7 and ends July 30, Mondays through Thursdays. Free breakfast and lunch are included. Space is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students in grades kindergarten through second will attend Krieger Elementary School and students in grades 3 through 5 will attend Sojourner Truth Elementary.
The summer program is based in academics, with instruction to aid literacy and math skills, as well as elements of music, art and physical education, and library time.
Transportation and afterschool daycare is not available.
