PMS 6th grade orientation set for Aug. 27

Sixth grade orientation at Poughkeepsie Middle School is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27.

The orientation at the school, which will run until noon, is an opportunity for incoming students and families to get to know teachers and staff, learn their schedules, review supply lists, ask questions and more.

Light refreshments will be served as students have a chance to get to know the building and hang out with friends.

All incoming middle school students should plan to attend 10 a.m. Aug. 27.
